1. What is our minimum # and maximum # of party guests?

**minimum = 8 guests maximum = 24 guests

2. Do we provide food for the parties?

**only for tea parties

3. What can you bring in for your party?

**you may bring in any food and drink (minus fondu sets). Just a reminder, we only get approx 20 minutes for food/cake time, so more minimal the better. We recommend juice boxes versus cups as there tends to be spills with cups

4. Can you serve adults food at your party?

**you may bring food and drinks in to serve the adults downstairs. We do charge a $30-$50 set up and clean up fee depending on what you are serving. 

5. When is your final count of guests needed?

**1 week prior to your party

6. Can adults and children not attending the party be upstairs during party? 

**we ask you limit non participants to immediate family. A max of 5 people can attend the bash upstairs. Having too many extra people upstairs during the party truly alters the full party experience for the bday girl and her guests. We want to ensure enough space for all the girlies to play games, get pampered, dress up, and create their craft!

7. Where can adult guests go during party?

**we are nestled right on the outskirts of amazing downtown Geneva! There are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and plenty of unique shops to visit. We are also less than 10 minutes from Randall Road and Geneva Commons Shopping Center. If adult guests would like to stay, we kindly ask they stay downstairs during the duration of the party time. We have a front porch with chairs (weather permitting) they are welcome to use.

9. Where do you find info on upcoming events?

**all events are on our Facebook page as well as tickets

10. How far in advance should you book your party @ IAGT?

**we recommend 2 months minimum

11. Can you book a princess to come to your party that is not at IAGT?

**yes- pricing may differ due to a trip charge

12. Do parties & Girls Day Out include a tip?

**parties include an 18% gratuity. Girls Day Out appts. do not include a tip, but if you loved your service, it is greatly appreciated

13. Any important details to share with guests?

**please tell guests to come with polish free nails (and toes for a spa party) and hair ready for a fancy up-do! We recommend flip flops for spa parties

14. Are our parties private events?

**yep! You get 2 hours in our entire party house for your special birthday girl

15. Do we provide cake stands, serving platters, and knifes to cut cake?

**we have cake stands, serving platters, and knifes to cut the cake. You just need paper products to serve your food items on as well as silverware (if needed)

16. Where should you order pizza from?

**you may order from anywhere you’d like. We do get a 15% off discount from Papa Saverio’s when pizza is delivered to our location. Your food should arrive 1 hour into your party time

17. Should girls wear a leotard to dress up?

**wearing a leotard is not required. Girls will put their dress up outfit of choice on top of the clothes they are already wearing

18. What if more/less guests show on the day of your party than your final count given?

**although sticking to your final count is very important for the flow of your party, we understand things happen outside of your control. If more guests show, we will do our best to accommodate them and they will be added to your total bill. If less guests show, you will still be charged for them, but we will pack up their craft and other items they missed for you to take

19. What is the difference between “accessory only dress up” and “full dress up” at parties?

**accessory only dress up means the guests can use any accessories in our dress up room BESIDES the dress up outfits. Full dress up means the guest can use any accessory in our dress up room PLUS our dress up outfits.
